Below we hope to save you some time by answering questions others have asked in relation to our products.  We hope you find these helpful.

Q:            Why are Mesa Tactical Items no loger on the website?  Are they still available?

A:            We are still an Australian Distributor for Mesa Tactical products.  Unfortunately we are unable to advertise them for sale as PayPals "Acceptable Use 

                Policy" does not permit the sale of some firearms accessories, and we have been unable to find a financial institution willing to provide a Gateway or

                Merchant Facility to us because of a lack of "Risk Appetite".  No one has been able to enlighten me as to what the actual risk is at this time.

                All Mesa Tactical Items not currently ITAR restricted are still available through us via Direct Deposit and we are endeavouring to find a

                solution. If you have any enquiries please don't hesitate to conctact us. 

 

Q:            What does "Out of Stock", "Pre-Order", "2-3 Days" and "In Stock" mean?

A:            "Out of Stock" means that we don't have any stock at the moment and are actively aquiring it.  There may be delays on the manufacturers end.

               "Pre-Order" means that we don't have stock in and are ordering it in an as needs basis to keep prices as low as possible.

                "2-3 Days" means that we dont have stock, but the distributor is Australian based and if you place an order we can expect to have the stock in

                                  quickly (eg Original Swat footwear)

                "In Stock" While we would love to have everyones size and colour preference in stock at all times it simply isn't possible.  In Stock means that

                                 we have most popular or frequently ordered sizes and colours in stock, as well as quite a few others, but unfortunately not all.  We

                                 are more than happy, however, to order them in for you if you would like. 

 

Q:            How long will delivery take?

A:            To keep prices low for customers Tactical Advantage Queensland does not keep a lot of stock on hand, normally only ordering when required.  Delivery

                 time depends on a number of factors, including availability of stock from suppliers.  Typically orders should be received within a week to ten days.

 

Q:           Are the TurtleSkin gloves 100% needle proof?

A:            No they are not needle proof, no useable glove could be truly needle proof.  TurtleSkin gloves offer a much higher degree of protection than leather

               gloves or gloves from most other manufacturers, usually causing 25, 28 and 30 gauge needles to bend.

 

Q:           What delivery charges are there on orders?

A:            Prive order Delivery charges are generally calculated on the total cost of purchase, however some items have a set charge due to their specific

                characteristics (value, weight or size).  Please refer to Delivery Information for private order charges.

                Bulk or agency orders are assessed on a case by case basis.
